We are excited to announce the establishment of the Office of Personal Development (OPD), and we are overjoyed to have you as part of the family! The OPD was specifically formed at the behest of our Great Founder to assist humankind in living their most optimal life. Our core tenets are as follows:
- Micromanagement = Macro Results
- Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail
- KPIs Don’t Lie
- PIP or VIP – no in-betweens!
As our cause is of the utmost importance, we expect your full commitment and engagement. Budget will be monitored closely, weekly check-ins will be scheduled, and goals arranged quarterly.
